Samui Escapes invite you take advantage of our personal chef service delivered in the comfort and privacy of your luxury villa.  We have compiled an extensive Thai menu of most popular dishes together with a choice of western cuisine.

 

We recommend that you consider the choice of culinary delights available and then make your selection using our numbering system to avoid any misunderstandings on food items chosen.  Record your selection on our order sheet, it's so simple.  The cost of your selections will depend upon the type of food selected and the number of diners.  Our staff will give you an approximate purchasing cost prior to the finalization of the menu and purchase of the products.  We advise guests to pre book during busy periods to avoid disappointment as this service is very popular!

 

 

Our charges for this service are as follows:

                                                                                                           

2 Persons - Lunch - 600Baht      Dinner - 900Baht                                                    

4 Persons - Lunch - 900Baht      Dinner - 1,300Baht                               

6 Persons - Lunch - 1,200Baht   Dinner - 1,800Baht                             

 

Breakfast is charged per person

 

Full English breakfast - 280Baht per Person

Continental breakfast - 175Baht per Person  

 

NOTE:

1. There’s an additional cost for ingredients and is dependent upon food order.  
2. 300Baht is a standard charge for the cost of the chef transport.

 

Wine selection – We have a choice of good wines for you to choose from to compliment your food choices.  Please view our wine list and indicate your selection on our order form.

 

Payment - We will invoice the charges to you at an agreeable time afterwards but will request payment at least one day prior to your departure. Please Note:  Payment must be made in Thai Baht cash.

 

If you require our chef service for consecutive nights we would appreciate if you could fill in your order form for the following evening and present it to our chef before his departure.  If you are only requiring one night or nights dispersed throughout your holiday we will need notification of 1 day in advance regarding your order and time so we can confirm availability and minimise disappointment.

 

Barbecue Parties

 

Details regarding our barbecue parties can be forwarded to you upon request.  You are strongly recommended to book well in advance as these are very popular with guests.  See below examples of our set barbecue menus.

 

A   Mixed Kebabs Sausages Hand made burgers White prawn Hot dog rolls Burger rolls Salad Peanut, sweet chilli and seafood sauce   600Baht per person

B   Mixed Kebabs White Snapper Barracuda Shark White Prawn French Stick Salad Sweet chilli, garlic butter, peanut, seafood sauce   750Baht per person

C   Mixed Kebabs Sausages Hand made burgers White prawns Tuna Squid Shark Red Snapper Mussuman curry Rice French Stick Hot dog rolls Burger rolls Salad Seafood, peanut, sweet chilli, garlic butter and garlic pepper sauce    1000Baht per person

 

If you would like to include salmon or lobster in any of the set BBQ menus please inform our staff and we can adjust the prices accordingly.
